Limited Guarantee
​
- I offer replacement for extensive damage to plants/leaves, however spilled soil or broken leaves are not considered extensive damage.
- I am not responsible for damage or loss due to USPS delayed delivery, or mishandling causing a dented/crushed box.
- If damage occurs: Send email, a picture of the plant/leaves, and a picture of the box with shipping label showing. Must be sent within 24 hours. Replacement shipping will be paid by the buyer.
- I may opt to refund the cost of the plant/leaves instead of sending a replacement.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Priority boxes left outside at your destination with temperatures below 45 degrees or above 80 degrees will make this guarantee null & void. Tracking will tell me if ‘left at mailbox’ or ‘left on porch’.
- I can have the box held for pick up at your post office or any other special delivery instructions for example: deliver to work address, leave with neighbor, deliver to front door.
